Five simple suggestions for better health from MCHS Clinical Pharmacist Junaid Mian, RPh:

  • Take you medications as directed by your physician.
  • Keep an updated list of all your prescriptions and over-the-counter meds along with any nutritional supplements on your smartphone or a piece of paper, and have it readily available.
  • Fill all your meds at one pharmacy.
  • Talk to your pharmacist if you have concerns about your medications or need help on how to afford them.
  • Keep your medications organized and stored appropriately.
