MCH Mission Fitness

Mission Fitness is a whole new approach to achieving better health by offering multiple training venues to help you reach your fitness goals, including: a three-lane lap pool, warm water therapy pool, strength and conditioning areas, cardio area and exercise studios for yoga, pilates, aerobics, cycling and more.

Mission Fitness provides members with personalized training provided by degreed fitness professionals. And, we have new ways of incorporating technology into your training routine like the Fitlinxx computerized personal training system. This system is designed to help you recall prescribed fitness routines and track your progress, giving you a fun alternative for achieving your personal fitness goals. Whether you are training as part of a medical treatment plan, or just want to stay in the best physical condition you can, Mission Fitness is perfect for you.

Mon – Thu | 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday | 5 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday | 
7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday | 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
