Retirement
With Medical Center Health System you are eligible to make contributions immediately. Your retirement account earns seven percent interest every year. MCHS will match your contribution 125 percent upon retirement.
You can elect to contribute to additional pre-tax supplemental retirement plans as well.
Medical Coverage
Eligibility starts 30 days after your first day of employment. We offer two plans that provide coverage for office visits, preventive care, hospitalization and includes prescription drug benefits through retail pharmacies and mail order.
Dental Coverage
We provide a plan that covers preventative care, basic and major procedures along with Orthodontia care for adults and children.
Vision Coverage
You have the option to enroll for vision coverage that provides coverage for yearly eye exams, lenses, frames and/or contacts.
Life Insurance
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance that covers two times your annual base wage is provided by Medical Center Health System along with Long-Term Disability.
Health Savings Accounts
Reduces your taxable income and covers medical, dental and vision expenses.
