Community Giving
At Medical Center Health System we are proud to offer support to a variety of community events and organizations. As the preferred healthcare provider in the Permian Basin, MCHS values the opportunity to align our Mission and Vision to support positive community efforts. For many years MCHS has given back to the community through support, sponsorships, and volunteerism.

Community Giving Guidelines
As a nonprofit organization and community servant, MCHS has a limited community sponsorship budget and strives to spread support throughout the community, selecting events and projects that align with the MCHS Mission to improve the health and wellness of all residents of the Permian Basin. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are unable to provide support to every organization that submits a request.
Through our online request system, an eligible nonprofit may request an event sponsorship or charitable support from Medical Center Health System. Sponsorship requests to Medical Center Health System are reviewed by the MCHS Community Giving Committee.
Priority consideration is given to programs and events that:
- Advance medical or healthcare knowledge within the community
- Aim to improve access to healthcare, services
- Enhance the health and well-being of our community
Funds will not be provided for the following:
- Individuals
- Labor organizations
- Political/Partisan organizations
- General operating expenses
- Organizations whose mission, vision or values do not align with those of Medical Center Health System
To submit a request, simply click on the button below and complete the form. Please upload any sponsorship packet or supporting marketing materials with in the form below.
Requests are accepted year-round with funding decisions generally made within 30 business days. Requesting organizations must be recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization classified by one of the 501(c) categories.
