Dr. Avelino Garcia is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and specializes in treating a broad range of women’s health issues. Dr. Garcia received his medical training in Bogota, Colombia and completed his OBGYN residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa.
