- Keep an updated list of all your prescriptions and over-the-counter meds along with any nutritional supplements on your smartphone or a piece of paper, and have it readily available.
- Fill all your meds at one pharmacy.
- Talk to your pharmacist if you have concerns about your medications or need help on how to afford them.
- Keep your medications organized and stored appropriately.
