We're making it easy for you to schedule an online provider appointment to get the care you need when you need it. This kind of virtual care lets you complete a face-to-face visit with a provider using a camera-enabled device.
Virtual care is an important resource for our patients to receive medical care through video consultations without leaving the comfort of their own home.
This service allows patients access to providers in internal medicine, family practice and pediatrics. These doctors can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for non-emergency conditions.
Although video visits are not intended to replace your primary care doctor, it is an affordable, convenient alternative to urgent care and emergency room visits.
Visit requests are answered in 30 minutes or less in the ease of your home or on the go. Upon requesting a visit, you will be placed into the virtual waiting room until the next available provider answers.

This virtual visit is just like a traditional office visit where you choose which doctor you will see. You will see a MCH Urgent Care provider or a board-certified provider.
